About The Buff Wales Trail 5k and 10k:
The best way to start off 2019 with a bang is to take part in this event, it is cheap, friendly and very well organised. The route takes you through the panoramic views of the Afan Forest Country Park. This event is open to all abilities, whether you are a regular seasoned trail runner or starting out as a beginner. For the 10k event, it is capped up to 600 runners and the 5k sold out very quickly last year and they are expecting the same to happen this year. Be sure to get your tickets now to confirm your place before tickets sell out.
