This event really is for those wishing to challenge themselves! Starting in Richmond, West London following through to the North Downs, South Downs, featuring some Sussex countryside before you reach the coast line and  finally finishing at Brighton Racecourse.

If you feel like jogging the whole way the full challenge is estimated to take anywhere between 17-20 hours, with the half challenge taking 7-10 hours. If you feel that jogging for nearly 20 hours is a bit much for you there is a two day option where you run for 7-10 hours per day with a camping stop over. Food and drink is included so that’s one less thing for you to have to worry about.

If you’re feeling like embracing your inner Mo Farah you can run the whole way, this should take 9-16 hours or do it over the 2 days with 4-8 hours of running a day.
