An infographic created by Shake That Weight has found how many calories you can burn doing various tasks, such as housework, cutting the grass and more. This is all based on someone weighing 155lbs (11 stone). They’ve also pulled out key exercising stats – in one hour you can burn:

  • 940 calories running at 7.5 miles per hour
  • 1,220 calories cycling at over 20 miles per hour
  • 520 calories swimming

Early bird entries for the Sage Reading Half Marathon are now open, with prices starting at £34.

Goldline Events Limited has recently acquired the Sage Reading Half Marathon and Ikano Bank Robin Hood Marathon Events, expanding their events portfolio. The marathon will be taking place on Sunday 17th March 2019, with early bird rates available until August 20th.
