The first Muddy Dog Challenge of 2018 takes place in the grounds of Wollaton Hall – an Elizabethan mansion, set atop a hill in Wollaton Park, in the beautiful suburbs of Nottingham.

Whether you enjoy running or just looking for a day out raising money for charity this race is suitable for all ages and abilities. There are two options, a duo where you and your furry friend run side by side throughout the course or as a solo competitor if you don’t own a dog or your dog isn’t up to the challenge.

There are two race distances available on the day; 2.5km and 5km.

With lots of obstacles along the course it adds even more fun and makes the running part more bearable! You will face a variety of obstacles including, trampolines, mud tunnel, a doggie ball pit and log jump.

Unfortunately, humans running in the race must be aged 18 or over, and dog competitors must be one year or over, on event day. Friends and family are welcome to come along on the day, and you and your four-legged friend will have a chance to refuel with plenty of food and drink on offer in the event village before and after the event.

First aid and veterinary cover will also be available on the day.

Unfortunately, entry fees are non-refundable.
