Race Distances:

Olympic & Relay: 1500m swim – 40k cycle – 10k run
Sprint & Relay: 750m swim – 20k cycle – 5k run
Super Sprint & Fun: 200m swim – 10k cycle – 2.5k run

Minimum Age:

14 years for Fun, Super Sprint, Sprint & Sprint Relay distances
16 years for Olympic Relay team members
17 years for Olympic distance individuals

Don’t want to go it alone? Take part as a relay team of 2 or 3 and share the challenge of swim, bike and run!

The Course is flat and picturesque with a beautiful sea view, additionally, the swim is an open water sea swim. All abilities are welcome from novice to pro-athlete

10.00am Sprint & relay
11.15am Super Sprint & Fun

  • Chip Timed
  • 2018 finishers medal for all entrants
  • Prizes for top 3 male and female triathlete in all races as well as age group prizes in the Sprint and Olympic Triathlon
