In teams of two, you will complete a 10km course comprised of 6 run sections and 5 swims. Each leg offering stunning views and varied terrain. You must always stay within 10m of your teammate on the swim and 100m on the run, you will share the experience, the fun, the beauty and the suffering as you race the pre-marked course alternating between running and swimming.
The route totals approximately 1800m of open water swimming, entering and exiting at various locations along the lake. Together with approximately 8.2 km of mixed terrain running.
