This event is perfect for all abilities, the course is flat and fast suited for beginners as well as those looking for a personal best. The route is mainly footpaths and cycle tracks of the River Exe and Ship Canal. If you don’t fancy running yourself then be sure to go down and support family and friends as well as the other runners.
